Getting an exterior and interior balance

Designing from the inside out is important to capture the activities and priorities of the family - however we must balance the exterior relative to the project budget.

Relatively simple alterations can go a long way. Here is a before and after - where the master bedroom is enlarged - bathroom footprints reallocated - bedroom sizes rationalised - new central entrance and hallway leading to a wow rear extension - additional reception rooms and snug added.
